ProjectFirst manages the College’s portfolio of externally funded contracts from tendering stage through to project closure.
ProjectFirst enables the College to respond to external markets, often trialling new delivery methods and piloting activities aimed at some of Norwich and Norfolk’s most disaffected groups. Through projects, the College is able to increase accessibility for learners who might otherwise not engage, thereby encouraging new learners and contributing to recruitment targets.
