Working in partnership with business
We want our work to be about partnerships between your business and City College Norwich.

That means we want to get to understand your business, how it works, what your aspirations and needs are – before we can properly assess how we can help you.

So, understanding your business is a critical starting point for us. We want to help solve a problem for you and becoming a strategic partner of yours is a key development in making that relationship work.

In some circumstances you might be able to help us too; again we want these experiences to be mutually beneficial to both organisations. Activities such as providing work placements or internships or apprenticeships could fall into this particular category. For the College to be a success we need local and regional businesses to be successful. Most of our students come to the College to get jobs (or if already in work to progress onto better jobs) then surely we need thriving businesses to be able to offer potential employment opportunities to our students. Consequently, another service we can offer to any organisation is helping with recruitment of new staff - after all we have a ‘captive market’ of over 16,000 students each year who may be interested in hearing from you as a possible employer.
