In addition to this, if your company currently funds a student to come and study at the College, an allotted member of your staff can follow their progress online, subject to student consent.

Business and Administration NVQ Level 3

This course delivers and develops the skills necessary to be an effective administrator within a specific business environment. It covers a wide range of modules including: reporting and presenting information, use of IT, and health and safety requirements. For those working in administration, who want to gain a qualification through a flexible route of workshops and assessment of evidence produced in the workplace.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

Fundamental food hygiene knowledge for all food handlers.

Training providers have identified a growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments to increase effectiveness.  New qualifications are required to address new National Occupational Standards reflecting sector-specific needs.  In line with this demand, the CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector.
